Synthetic String Plant

This single screw type Synthetic String Plant is suitable for producing cord, rope, thread etc. This automatic system uses recyclable quality HDPE/PP/PET/nylon yarn as its raw material. This machine is accessible in three different versions that have 25 kg to 85 kg production capacity per hour. This system is equipped with standard components like energy efficient motor and AC inverter that can synchronize with its extrusion line. Nitride steel made barrel and screw of this system have been hardened to avoid damaging effects of wear and corrosion. This Synthetic String Plant is attached with air conveyor via a linker.
